Calentamiento is a creation by Rocío Molina, produced in collaboration with the playwright Pablo Messiez. The piece centres on the idea of warm-up as both a physical practice and a performative state.

A glass box, neon lighting, a drum kit and a set of metal chairs make up the stage space in which Rocío Molina and a group of female singers explore the body in preparation, revealing its tensions, its limits and its possibilities. The work approaches warm-up not as a preliminary or secondary moment, but as a space in which vulnerability, resilience and transformation come to the fore.
